If your item doesn't fit, please contact us at info@waistgems.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help you get the right size.

Please note: some size adjustments may require additional materials and could include an added fee.

Items that arrive damaged or defective will be repaired or replaced at no cost — just reach out with photos of the issue.
